    centurion enzo owners manual

We are located in Raleigh, NC so not too far from Lake Normon. In fact my son's girlfriend are heading there next week for vacation. When we manually did this the wave was unbelievable but wonder if we can just fill the side we are surfing from only.Based on the info above looks like the RAMFILL ballasts are not filling from the electronics. In fact my son's girlfriend are heading there next week for vacation. When we manually did this the wave was unbelievable but wonder if we can just fill the side we are surfing from only. You must be going into the ballast screen since that is the only way you can get into the trailer mode screen. I just don't see how your trailer mode is working electronically if the regular tab is not.unless something is up with your provision screen. You may want to get a software update done, fairly easy to do.If factory plumbed in your bow bag, then that should also show up thru your provision screen. I have it for mine. Basically going into the ballast screen I have 3 options in Provision. The 2) Ramfill and the bow. The 2) rear PnP bags I activate manually with a switch that was installed for that.If using a suckgate, like the Nauticurl I use.I do fill both sides, depending on lake conditions I will slightly list heavier on surf side at times, but get great wave whether level or slight list (slight list I mean 100% on surf side and 80-85% on non-surf side and again this is WITH a surf gate device). You may have to list one side a good bit more than the other for the best wave. I rarely list boat for surfing because I love my suck gate wave and thinks it has much better push and shape (and when wife drives she does not like being listed).but some people would completely disagree with me and would rather list boat and think that wave is better. When I do list, I fill ALL my ballast full, then I get to speed and use Ramfill to start draining off the side opposite of surf side and drain till the wave is perfect.

I've looked online and searched forums here to no avail. Does anyone have one they can share (assuming this isn't against forum rules) or where I can download one. Any help is mucho appreciated!!I've looked online and searched forums here to no avail. Any help is mucho appreciated!!They give out a manual but much of it was outdated then. Our biggest issues at the moment are filling and draining the ballasts. When we test drove the boat at the dealership (Malibu Dealership) the ballasts didn't seem to be filling. He pulled the middle seat over the V-drive area and pulled the two silver levers which seemed to fill quickly (See attached photo). After talking to Centurion the guy told me they used for emergency only to dump water if the electronics were out. Is that the case here.Is that because we manually opened the valves while out on the lake. If so when you manually drain the ballasts while in the lake would this water also drain. And lastly it appears one of the valves in the back is left either open or closed. Next to the silver handle there is a black plastic arm that stays up while the other one is down. Is this normal? Sorry for all the questions here just new to this type of boat and an instruction manual or video would be nice. Thanks all for any helpOur biggest issues at the moment are filling and draining the ballasts. Thanks all for any helpMay be a crew member who could show you any info you need on that boat and how all the ballast works including the Ramfill, I know I would be happy to if you happen to live around NC. Good luck, you have a great boat with incredible potential. I have a friend that recently bought a 2014 SV233 and I have been helping him set it up similar to mine. EnjoyBased on the info above looks like the RAMFILL ballasts are not filling from the electronics. The previous owner installed a subwoofer on that back wall so could the fuse box be located behind that panel. Can't thank you enough for your help here!!

Using Ramfill you can get perfect wave in under 30 seconds since you can dump off 1000lbs in that amount of time. With 3-4 people in boat, I have 500lb bag in bow plus 400lbs lead. Heading back out on the 4th should will troubleshoot further then. Again we appreciate the help!Is it standard practice to disconnect these when winterizing the boat. Not sure why the previous owner would have done this. Hopefully heading out tomorrow to test this. Thank you for the help with draining the ballasts with trailer mode while in the water. Worked like a champ.I know some people open them when winterizing since they store better that way (after lubing up seals).and it helps to keep them open so seals do not dry out as easy. Some people also tape up the openings to prevent anything from nesting inside. (I use blue painters tape so it comes off easy and does not leave residue). It's easy! Sign in here. Check out this video with to see what talking about. The world’s most awarded and largest privately held manufacturer of gasoline powered inboard marine engines. I bought the boat from a dealership in Florida, and had it shipped to Wisconsin where I live. It didn't come with a owners manual, and I've found it impossible to find anything online. - Did they make Centurion Lightnings in 2003. The boat has a Lightning decal on each side of the boat by the ski lockers, and the title says it's a 2003, but doesn't say what model it is. From what I've found out searching online is that they didn't introduce the Lightning until 2004. Just a little confused over this. - How many drain plugs are on the boat to drain the hull. I obviously see the one above the wake plate, but didn't know if they have another one in the middle or towards the bow.

(my old Mastercraft Tristar had a T handle plug in the middle of the boat) - Where is the center ballast located. And how can I access it. The boat did come with fat sacs in each rear locker plumbed in. Also the dealership threw in a free Ronix wakesurf shaper. - Any tips or tricks when unloading the boat from the trailer, or loading it back onto the trailer. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help me answer these questions! TristanIIRC that era centurion put out a damn good wave for 2003.I like to tuck lead in every crevice I can find so think about adding some fixed weight to help your wave formIf so, how do you access it?All my v-drives only had 1.I actually like having both because the rear one on my last boat never seemed to allow all the water out, it would just stay in the boat all year until I vacuumed it out during winterization. If so, how do you access it? You need to remove the screws that hold the fiberglass panel to access, if you have carpet you will have to unsnap it. That's where you'll find the steering cable and fuel lines ran as well. The tank will be 250 or 300lbs.It's heavy so it won't bounce around. Tip for surfing, fill center ballast. No front weight. Load one side as much as possible, those boats need the rub rail underwater. Like at least 1800 lbs, pretty much as far to the surf side and rear. Prepare for a little water in the back, so when you stop surfing, slow very gently and turn away opposite surf side not to get rollers over the rail. Run the bilge every once in a while, it's on the right rear and won't work that well if you are loaded regular.I asked about the plugs because I can see what looks like to be a plug hole in the bottom of the boat between the raw water intake, and what I believe is the ballast intake. Hopefully Wednesday I'll get to take it out and get to know it better. Another couple questions. I have a oval vent cover directly below the windshield on the drivers side, what is this for.

None of the boat builders produced an owner’s manual in the early years, then only a few did until the more recent years; but they were very limited in information and quite generic to either the whole boat line or boating in general. Please refer to it. For some brands, we have several copies, while for others, we only have one extra. He’ll get back to you with availability, quote and payment procedure. Dinghies MA 14 Terrific barn find. Thrilled with the brochure. Could not find ANYTHING on it. Now I know! Thank you VERY much!!! Williams ON 58 Thank you so, so, so, sooo much! I had just bought the 2002 Fish Hawk 180cc from the original owner, who had kept it in pristine condition--but had none of the original papers. In my haste to read it, I forgot to thank you for sending it. I very much appreciate you doing so. Your old brochures are a wonderful tool in researching the purchase of a used boat. Thanks again. That is exactly what I was looking for. I am rebuilding this particular boat right now, and it is pretty much identical to the one my Dad bought new when I was a kid. One of the pages that you sent me is the same one that I used to have, but since lost. Thank you again. As soon as I climbed up a ladder and stepped aboard, seeing all the teak trim and various Clipper design elements, I knew I had found my boat!! She’s a little rough around the edges, a couple of years of neglect, etc... But mechanically she is sound as is the hull.So now all she needs is cosmetic restoration, which is what I do best. These brochures and pics you sent are outstanding and are going to be an excellent guide for my renovations! This is great!!!!!! Thank you, I am just buying the boat and what a great find this is. All the best, This was just what I was looking for. You also went above and beyond by sending more than one year. I will keep you guys in mind for other boats and recommend you to others that may need this kind of help. Thanks Again. Thank you so, so, so, sooo much!

It is just what I was looking for. I am now a more complete boater. Cheers! I really appreciate it. I would guess the photo will arrive in about two or three weeks time. I am looking at purchasing this boat and was told it was a 24’. Could easily be the 25. Boat is still covered in snow so I can’t get at it yet. The brochure really helps. Just checked and it has been there for almost a week. My fault for not checking.I recently purchased this Baja 252, the dealership could not answer some questions. This is a great starting point. The work you did for me is greatly appreciated. Thanks again. Respectfully, Thanks for your quick service. These folders document the provenance of the boat we bought in September for the Heritage Centre. This is me and wife's first boat so we wanted to have some info on it. With Seaswirl being out of business there were no real specks available. I was also wondering do you happen to have any extra 1995 brochures that you might sell. Please let me know, I have attached a picture of our boat for you:) thanks again! Further it seems with the configuration and layout I have my boat was originally a hard-top. I was wondering why there were no windshield support rods nor any evidence of ever their presence. Well, the brochures showed support rods for the soft top and not the hard top as they were not needed for structural integrity. I think I will look into getting a hard top made as I do like the look. Everything looks great. It’s great to have the actual specs. Thanks for keeping such great records. Stay well during these challenging times. I apologize for not knowing the precise model designation. There are several of these around me and all are tagged as 3370's, but they are, also, all newer models. It's great to be able to read the stuff that Cruisers, Inc.Thank you, again, for providing this service.:) THANK YOU! Thrilled to have a brochure on the boat. Terrific barn find. Thrilled with the brochure. Now I know! Thank you VERY much.

I also have 2 'holes' on the drivers side behind the driver, their the size of a quarter each. Is that where the ballast empties out of. I have what I believe is a shower nozzle on the back of the boat towards the passenger side that has a screw on cap. Also, I lifted the center bench seat, and there in front of the transmission is the T handle plug that I was looking for!.There is also a white button, the size of a pencil eraser, located on the switch panel, directly under my throttle, that only pulls up. Does anyone know what these 2 things control!?.In other words it's like Revving a car in neutral when you pull that up and move the throttleThe boat swapped names from the original Hurricane name to the Lightning name in 03-04. There should be an access hatch screwed into the floor, and the plug as you found is under the rear bench as well as the wake plate. The silver aluminum dial is your factory speedo calibration you adjust the dial until the factory speedo reads true. Can you take a pic of the white button. Not sure exactly sure what that is, but it's def not to rev the throttle. There is a push bottom in the throttle housing to do that. It's an EFI boat. Should just turn key to start. Maybe after sitting a while you may need to goose it a little and keep it forward to start, but 99% of the time just turn key. You won't need to pump the throttle. Surf setup fill bow and surf side and add as much extra as you want with minimum 400 extra to the surf side.Mainly on TT. There's a lot that I wouldn't know if it wasn't for you!. Here's some pictures of the white button. It's spring loaded, so it'll return to it's normal position when let go.That's what these sites are al about. I think that is where the original kill switch was located. Looks like the previous owner bypassed it or altered it a bit. It usually has a red lanyard with a locking cap that keeps that switch pressed in in order to allow the boat to start and run.

That would be a question for the previous owner for sure If you want to spruce those toggles up a bit you can find the rocker caps easily all labeled blower, horn etc for not too much money. Also get them the right curvature or straight to match. When I was shopping, they also had Elite-V's with the Lightning package which if I recall added rear ballast, the Lightning graphics and maybe some additional bling. My point is, if you're looking for basic information on the boat you can also search for the Elite-V model as most everything will be the same between them. I know your boat is a 2003 so I can't say for sure if the Lighting model for that year was the same as the Elite-V.I'll look into it. Yes indeed the boat is a 2003, I verified that with the boats hull ID number. It's simply the boat name. Centurion introduced The Elite V C4 hull based off the Avalanche and the Cyclone hulls. Each hull is easily distinguished. The Elite V hull has a 30 or so degree taper from rubrail going down. The Elite V C4 hull goes straight down below the rubrail and transitions. Now I will confuse you even more. The C4 name on the Avy has noting to do with the hull. The C4 Avalanche means it has standard sundeck and seating, no walk thru.Maybe previous owner ordered it without decals and then decided to add some later. ( could be done as well). The naming was all over the place for the same boat in 03-06. The Lightning elite V C4 was a completely different hull size and wake. So that's why the very limited info. This is the older Elite V hull. Also seen on my hurricane above. This is the Elite V C4 hull. No angles below rubrail. For the sake of reducing confusion, it is NOT a C4 hull. I believe that came to this model boat either in '05 or '06. V-drive and I am having a hard time finding a manual or book I can get so I can have more info on my boat.looking for service style manual or something like that. Please upgrade your browser to improve your experience.

We hope you've gotten some great information and had the chance to interact with other owners on the current system. To make it easier, we now have a link for you to access a downloadable copy in PDF format. This is the only owners manual that Hurricane produces. It is not specific to any model or year of Hurricane boat. The information is useful, especially for owners new to boating. If you would like to download a copy of the Hurricane Owners Manual, scroll down to the last post on this thread. The manual is there to download. I have now put the owners manual as a downloadable attachment to this post. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you want to get involved, click one of these buttons.
